Well, those assholes did it. They finally did it!

Podunk, Pennsylvania now leads the nation in stupid school tricks. Bush secretly creams his shorts.

Fucking morons.

And yet they'll still teach that gravity nonsense.

And they completely disregard the age of the universe as scientifically calculated from Bible verses, and insist on that stupid speed of light nonsense.

Someday we'll bring good Christian sciunce back to are skools.

While reading your post and thegingerninja's...

I suddenly realized that there aren't the kind of idiots responding here that I'm used to at UF!

Invariably, some moron would have "corrected" thegingerninja about gravity and you on the speed of light "nonsense".

Where are those morons now?

Oh, right. They make up 85% of Unwanted UFies. Sorry, forgot about them.

Don't be fooled.

Just because the idiots aren't posting in your LJ doesn't mean they don't come by now and again. :D
And no, I'm not specifically talking about those idiots, but just idiots in general. I've seen some mighty stupid people on here.

We just happen to have a higher ratio of smart to dumb comments because we select our friends. :)

Oh, well I take it back then.

I guess the idiots are responding here. ;-p

J/K!

Man, it's depressing when everyone feels they need a "J/K" and a winky-smiley. Imagine if in real life you had to append every joke with "It's a joke! Geddit? Geddit?" It'd just be asking for a LART.

I think Lowtax was right after all. The internet makes us stupid.

True...

I just wanted to make sure in this case for the sake of onlookers who stumbled in without realizing our relationship. Every once in a while I think of things like that.

Those sneaky onlookers!

I can think of a number of different contexts for your last comment. None of them are very Nice.

I knew that.

Well, suspected, anyways, since I saw the Nin_ny refer to you as Gill once. :)

Surely they'll get bitch-slapped by the ACLU?

Or somebody? Or a judge who still has two neurons to rub together?

I can't imagine that this will stand.

Can you really blame them for not "believing in" evolution? After all, Darwin said that, other things being equal, it's the fittest organisms that survive and thrive. And yet look who just got his hick ass elected to another four years in the White House.

But evolution is just a theory!

I need to believe in evolution more than ever now. I want to feel safe knowing that their descendants will be sitting in cages flinging crap at tourists. (Instead of running the government, as they more likely will be... *whimpers and hides under nearby furniture*)

Off topic...

Gee, raptor_87 sure is a brave person, having never been a part of the discussions but proudly insulting me when I can't respond.

Glad to see that the board hasn't suffered from an influx of morons since I left.

Now, now. raptor's inability to spell is irrelivent, as you well know.

It's the thought that counts, and since he only gets to have one at a time, we should be kind to the poor thing.

Just give him some candy, pat his poor little head and send him on his way. :P

Candy?

What about some One-A-Day Mental Vitamins?

Maybe they'll all move to South Carolina...

Some Oppressed Christians want to move to South Carolina and form a more "Godly" government. If they can't succeed, they might secede.

A sample:

Christians have actively tried to return the United States to their moral foundations for more than 30 years. We now have a "Christian" president, a "Christian" attorney general, and a Republican Congress and Supreme Court. Yet consider this:

* Abortion continues against the wishes of many States
* Sodomite marriage is now legal in Massachusetts (and coming soon to a neighborhood near you)
* Children who pray in public schools are subject to prosecution
* Our schools continue to teach the discredited theory of Darwinian evolution
* The Bible is still not welcome in schools except under unconstitutional FEDERAL guidelines
* The 10 Commandments remain banned from public display
* Sodomy is now legal AND celebrated as "diversity" rather than condemned as perversion
* Preaching Christianity will soon be outlawed as "hate speech"

Attempts at reform have proven futile. Future elections will not stop the above atrocities, but rather will exacerbate them and lead us down an even more deadly path.

THE SOLUTION

So what can be done? ChristianExodus.org offers the opportunity to try a strategy not yet employed by Bible-believing Christians. Rather than spend resources in continued efforts to redirect the entire nation, we will redeem States one at a time. Millions of Christian conservatives are geographically spread out and diluted at the national level. Therefore, we must concentrate our numbers in a geographical region with a sovereign government we can control through the electoral process.

ChristianExodus.org is orchestrating the move of thousands of Christians to reacquire our Constitutional rights and, if necessary to attain these rights, dissolve our State's bond with the union. Click on our Plan of Action page to find out how we can experience God-honoring governance once again.

If the Christian Exodus folk could all get together in one spot, you wouldn't even need smart bombs. You could just start dropping nukes.

Sorry for the long excerpt

These are the people who make Jerry Falwell sound like a liberal. Holy crap.

I wish they'd find themselves an island somewhere. Preferably a coral reef in tsunami country.

These are the people who define ignorance and stupidity.

I'd laugh out loud if the irony wasn't so sadly stupid.

I loathe these people.

Apparently...

I'm 100% in support of their secession. It makes it easier to identify them, and avoid/ignore them.

I just find it hilarious that they somehow think their Constitutional rights include all the changes to the government they want to make.

But they don't want to be avoided or ignored

If they just wanted to be left alone, that would be one thing. But they'd see their own little country as just a stepping stone. They want to Spread Tha Word.
